Blue's Yellow Beefsteak Tomato

This tomato came from a lovely long time northeastern Arizona gardener who has taught many a local resident about high elevation arid gardening.  I bought a giant 2 lb. yellow tomato from her in 2024 that she didn't have the name for.  After growing it out in 2025, it has the form of a yellow beefsteak variety.  We were not able to identify which one.  So we nicknamed it "Blue's Yellow" to keep it separate from other yellow beefsteaks.  

It is indeterminate so it will need a trellis.  It has a classic tomato flavor and is good for sandwiches, salads and other fresh tomato uses.  It was relatively drought tolerant and still put on a good amount of fruit.  0.2 grams
