Green Tea and Mint Tea Blend

(Mentha × piperita, Mentha suaveolens, Camellia sinensis)

Peppermint and Apple Mint blended with a Japanese Orchid Sencha.  Sencha has a very grassy (not in a bad way) flavor that matches well with mint.  We blended this one for a low caffeine morning tea.  It is great for getting ready to start your day.  Use 1/2 to 1 tsp per cup of water - Sencha is best when the water is around 167 to 176 degrees.  17 grams in a re-usable glass jar.
