Jebousek Lettuce

Jebousek Lettuce is a variety from Seed Savers Exchange and came to the farm for our Czech Ancestry Garden.  It is a deer tongue variety (triangular leaves) which can be used as a head lettuce or in a spring leaf mix.  The variety is a Jebousek family heirloom from the now separated Czechoslovakia (Czech Republic and Slovakia).
