Mint Chamomile Tisane

(Mentha × piperita, Mentha suaveolens, Matricaria chamomilla)

Peppermint and Apple Mint blended with German Chamomile for a simple evening tea.  We like to sip this tea after a long day and needing a little time to relax with a book or movie.  It is mint forward but has a nice chamomile finish.  Use 1/2 to 1 tsp per cup of boiling water. 7 grams in a re-usable glass jar.
