Mint, Chamomile and Rose Tisane

(Mentha × piperita, Mentha suaveolens, Matricaria chamomilla, Rosa rubiginosa)

Farm-grown Peppermint, Apple Mint, German Chamomile and Red Rose petals blended for a tea that is refreshing in summer and calming in winter. The addition of the apple mint to the peppermint helps tone down tea from being super minty, but still keeps the mint forward flavor.  The chamomile and red roses help mellow the tea a bit and turn it a pretty maroon red color.  Use 1/2 to 1 tsp per cup of boiling water and sweeten with honey if desired.  6.5 grams in a re-usable glass jar.
