Mizuna

Also known as Mizuna Asian Greens or "water greens", this is good in a salad mix or on its own.  We have friends who swear by pickling the bigger stems.  It is very refreshing, even with its slight pepper flavor. Intense sun can burn the leaves and make the flavor a bit more on the peppery side so keep this plant in a place where it can get afternoon shade.  It was also decently water needy, so keep it on regular irrigation for the best flavor.  1 gram (~100 seeds).
